Move in/Move-out Cleaning

We provide professional cleaning services for homes, apartments, and condos throughout the McAllen, Edinburg, and the surrounding Hidalgo County area (Click HERE for service locations).

A move-in/move out cleaning consists of the following:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming entire home (Foyer, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Dens, etc)

• Inside windows only and only if they are within reasonable height (we do have step ladders and pole extensions)

• Heavy dusting, including baseboards, door frames, window sills, ceiling fans and light fixtures

• Spot cleaning walls and removal of cobwebs

• Wiping down and disenfecting commonly touched surfaces

• Wiping down kitchen countertops, sink and faucet and backsplash

• Cleaning outside and inside of microwave

• Cleaning outside and inside of oven (if appliances are present)

• Cleaning outside and inside of refrigerator (if appliances are present)

• Cleaning under and behind appliances (if client has them moved beforehand)

• Cleaning kitchen interior/exterior cabinets (must be empty) 

• Scrubbing and disenfecting toilets, sinks and faucets, and countertops

• Removing soap scum, mildew, and grime from showers and tubs (when possible, we will try our best)

• Polishing mirrors
